I am feeling all shruggish these days. My body is feeling so heavy and tensed. Hamstrings and shoulders feeling so tight.
But I am glad I swam today. Albeit its just one hour. The only way for me to eat more is to earn more calories.
KEEP MOVING.
Relax. I am happier and more creative that way. I am more effective.
I am so so glad I SWAM!
