i like to download the weekly services from the FCBC into my mp3 player. the sermons always remind me of some very important values i can cling on to.

i love the little children

I have been staring and observing little toddlers playin. they are jus so cute in their own ways. there is this link to our GESL project in NIE, the event was actually very memorable for me!

i love siloso beach

i love to swim in sea waters, lyin on the beach, under the sun, amidst the wind and being hit by the waves.

i still like to run/jog

i enjoyed my 10km run at scsm today. i especially like the finishin part, with the loud-upbeat music. i know i was smiling! i appreciate some of the friends i had made through running. i LOVE them a lot, as they are REALLY nice people. i am very thankful for them. i wish i can get to know the others better, if only i am LESS shy.

i am happy that my bro wanted to join this yr's scsm and actually wan to join the sundown marathon nxt yr!... haha. it's nice that he enjoys running and keepin fit!
