some people call it delusional, others call it naive.

haha, i reckon i am both. however, i am pretty sure i will gain a lot from this 4 years.

i might make a career switch, i might not.

i might because i have some other things in mind to pursue. might not because teaching can turn out to be ultra-rewarding.

but i will always believe i will have a life well-lived.

life is too short. job-satisfaction, experiences and personal growth matters to me more.

going back to school to teach kinda allow me to relive my days when i was still in school. though it was not all rosy, i had my fair share of fun! so i find it worthwhile to experience school life through twice with different perspectives, its rich!

i'm sure teaching aint goin to be easy. with the new Grow 2.0 package, we no longer have a fixed annual increment, it will be merit/ performance based.

so... lets see how i can perform. its too early to worry about it now!
